Explore Accra, Kumasi, Cape Coast, Assin Manso, Aburi, and the Eastern Region, with visits to Manhyia Palace, a Kente weaving site, Cape Coast Castle, the Door of No Return, Aburi Botanical Gardens, Safari Valley, and Asenema Waterfalls. The package includes 10 nights’ accommodation, transportation, breakfasts, selected meals, tour guides, photography, attraction fees, airport transfers, and local food tasting.
You will be welcomed specially at the Accra International Airport, picked up at the airport and transferred to your hotel. There will be a welcome dinner where we have a debrief of the tour.
Stay at The Signature Hotel
9am: Visit W.E Dubois Museum. Onward to the Kwame Nkrumah Memorial Park. A city drive towards the iconic Black Star Square. 12noon: Lunch break. At 2pm Explore the Makola Market where you can buy from the Ghanaian local sellers. Return to hotel for the evening. (All locations are 15-20mins drive from hotel).

After breakfast, at 9am, we depart to Kumasi. Onward to the Manhyia Palace Museum to learn the history of the Ashanti empire. Head to hotel for the evening. (4.5hrs drive towards the North from Accra). Stay at Ike’s Cultural Village.
At 8am Today, we shall drive through the city of Kumasi, and head to the Kente Weaving Site at Bonwire Village to learn about our beautiful Kente Cloth (45mins drive). Return to Kumasi for a cooking class.

Departing after breakfast (9am) in our all-white outfit to Ghana’s Central Region (3hrs scenic drive), we shall make a stop at the Assin Manso Slave River to take the ancestral walk. Naming rites will be performed this day. Visit Elmina Castle to explore the dungeons.
Head to Lemon Beach Resort for the night.
After breakfast proceed to the Cape Coast Castle to see the Door of No Return. (15mins Beach drive). Lunch break at 12pm. Head to the Kakum National Park to experience the 7 Bridge canopy walk. Return to Lemon Beach Resort for the night and unwinding.
9:00am: Check out. Make a quick stop at a local school in Cape Coast for interaction. Onward to Accra for the rest of the day. (3.5hrs drive back to Accra)
Stay at The Signature Hotel
Today after breakfast, set off at 1am to explore the Aburi Botanical Gardens. Onward to Safari Eco Park to experience mini safari. Onward to Akosombo for the night by the Lake Volta.
Return to the Accra for the night. (1.5hrs drive through the hills).
Stay at Akosombo Continental Hotel, Akosombo or similar.
Depart Ada for Akosombo and enjoy the scenery around the Volta Lake. Experience a scenic boat cruise, take photographs and unwind before settling into your hotel.
Accommodation: Akosombo Continental Hotel, Akosombo or similar.
After breakfast, return to Accra to unwind and get ready for your final dinner celebration at 7pm.
Stay at The Signature Hotel or similar.
This is when you say goodbye to Ghana as we drop you off at the airport.
